Schedule Your Next Hair Appointment
Please note that new clients require a $50 deposit for most services. This includes but is not limited to dreadlock install, dreadlock maintenance, color corrections, balayage, highlight services and specialty colors. These services also require a consultation before any appointment will be scheduled. For any service that requires human or synthetic hair, the hair must be purchased at the time of booking.
Out of respect for our stylists' time, we have a strict No-Show / Cancelation Policy.
We require a 24 hour notice for all cancelations. Clients canceling with less than a 24 hour notice will have lost their initial deposit and be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking appointments at 3 Little Birds Salon. Please note that if you booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking and service time, we require a 3 hour notice to avoid any cancelation penalties.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without first contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved in order to continue booking appointments at 3 Little Birds Salon. We do understand that things happen and we will work with you on cancellations. However, no-shows are regulated by our system software and are non-negotiable.
